  • Cox Automotive

    Services: Create Cox Automotive’s first Employee Resource Group

    Scope of Work:

    We helped this global conglomerate start the company's first Canadian employee resource group at the request of team members who wanted to get involved and do their part for the community. We helped the team members to make a business case to their leadership teams to support the need for an ERG, developed and executed on the ERG strategy to attract membership nationally and started chapters across their international offices. The BEN ERG was the first of its kind, bringing together team members of all genders, ethnicities and religions who were passionate about combating anti-Black & systemic racism.

    We had the privilege of working with the Innovation Science Economic Development and Dream Legacy Foundation for the launch of the Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub. Our work consisted of developing a communications strategy for the Canadian public and stakeholders affected by the announcement of the Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub. This consisted of key message development, press releases, spokesman-ship, public speaking and community engagement.
