Introducing The Blink Coach; A career advancement solution by Blink Equity in partnership with ZSA and the Ontario Government 

In 2020 Blink Equity Partnered with ZSA Legal Recruitment to advance diversity within the Canadian Legal Industry.

In 2025 we are leveraging this partnership to offer career advancement solutions through The Blink Coach. 

The Blink Coach is a culturally relevant executive coaching service provided by Blink Equity in partnership with ZSA Legal Recruitment. 

The Blink Coach will provide a range of sector-based training, work placement and career advancement opportunities for legal professionals, as well as employer and sector readiness supports in emerging high-opportunity sectors. 

Partnership with the Ontario Government and Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism.

The Blink Equity solidified a partnership with the Ontario Government to increase representation of Black Lawyers in senior positions within the legal sector. This is a long term objective that will target younger lawyers. We encourage Black Lawyers aged 35 and under to coaching, which would cover fees associated with The Blink Coach in the first year. Who pays

The employee may pay for executive coaching personally, or even ask their employer to match their investment, or have their employer cover it as part of their professional development budget.
